Me he equivocado con el pedido, ¿qué puedo hacer?
¡No te preocupes!, seguro que podemos solucionarlo, pero es importante que nos escribas pronto a penas detectas el error, para poder gestionarlo. Para ello, te pediremos que nos indiques el número de pedido, lo que ha pasado: si la dirección no es correcta, nos indicas la adecuada; del mismo modo si has añadido algún otro producto por error o te ha faltado algo por agregar, nos indicas cual es.
Tengo dermatitis atópica o rosácea. ¿Qué productos me aconsejáis?

¿Qué pasa si no hago una rutina completa de skincare?
Te entendemos. Si hace poco has comenzado a cuidar un poco más tu piel puedes empezar con el orden básico: limpiador, tónico, hidratación y protección solar. Con estos pasos ya verás resultados, pero no olvides que la constancia es muy importante.
